Student Orientation Committee
Our goal is to make sure that when students step off the plane in E.T. Joshua airport, they have the information they need to make the best of their time on St. Vincent. We look forward to providing numerous services to our fellow students, from New Student Orientation, to collecting information on what there is to do on the island. If you would like to get involved in any of our efforts, feel free to contact us.
Welcoming CommitteeWelcoming committee focuses on bringing new students up to speed on life in St. Vincent. By providing resourses before they come, and interaction with upper term students, we look to give them a running start as they begin their Medical Education.

Island LifeIsland life is sometimes difficult to get used to, so the Student Orientation Committee is proud to be able to help students from all terms by collecting information about off campus housing, shopping, and recreation.

Preparing to LeaveTime flies as you are studying biochemistry, pathology, microbiology, and the innumerable other subjects that make up our basic science course load, but eventually the time will come to leave the island and take the USMLE Step 1. We know you will be studying, so we will try to make the transition as smooth as possible by gathering information from past students and from the administration so you are prepared for the jump after Term 5.
